Savour Ottawa Restaurants

On Wednesday 25th, Thursday, 26th, and Saturday, 28th, you will have a chance to explore Ottawa on your own and enjoy some great local food. We have collaborated with three Savour Ottawa restaurants, that work with amazing local farmers and producers in the region, stop in and enjoy some great local fair.

Additionally, Sustain Ontario Staff will be at the Albion Room on October 26th from 5:30 pm- 8:30 pm for early registration. Stop by, say hi, have a drink, some local food and pick up your registration package!

Daily Special Menu for Bring Food Attendees October 25-29:

October 25 – Roasted Squash lasagna:
Layers of roasted squash, fresh spinach, cottage cheese, ricotta and feta woven with traditional fine italian noodle. Served with a side of organic greens and garlic bread.

October 26 – Harvest Bowl:
Oven roasted parsnip, apple, brussel sprout and squash tossed with red & brown rice blend. Served with fig-balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with toasted almond, cranberry and feta (optional for vegan).

October 27 & 28 – Cauliflower Panch Phoran:
A Bengali 5 spice blend with oven roasted cauliflower, potato & sweet peppers. Served with tarka dhal & raita on basmati rice.
